It was one of the first games that Kings Manor had played and although they showed promise it was clear that The Kings' Academy were the more experienced players. There was some good attacking play by The King's Academy and it wasn't long before we took the lead. Throughout the first half Lily Brothwood (GA) and Toni Dawson (GS) worked well in the attacking circle and successfully scored 5 goals by the half time whistle.

The second half saw another 3 goals to The Kings' Academy, and some good defensive work from Olivia Atkin (GK) and Emmie Mohan (GD) stopped Kings Manor from scoring. Some positive play throughout.
