Clarification (6 April 2020) – Rhine Valley and Battlefields Trips refunds

We have had a number of queries from parents/ carers about how refunds will be made.  To confirm:

Payments made to us originally via cash or cheque (e.g. for deposits) will be returned by BACS transfer.  Please complete and return the BACS Refund Form (below) to finance@thekingsacademy.org.uk or by post.  Refunds will be made weekly in the order received.  BACS transfers take 3 working days once payment has been made and will appear in your account as coming from “Emmanuel Schools Foundation”.

Payments made via ParentPay (e.g. instalments) will be refunded via ParentPay.  These will be done automatically (there is no need to request the refund) as quickly as we can.  Returned payments will need to be withdrawn from your Parent Account to your payment card or bank account.  Please see the ParentPay website for further details on how to do this (search Parent Support).
