Data Protection
The Emmanuel Schools Foundation (which runs The King’s Academy) collects and processes personal data relating to its students to appropriately discharge its responsibilities in relation to providing education services, duty of care and statutory obligations. The Foundation is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses that data, and to meeting its data protection obligations.
Students at the academy are invited to read the attached privacy notice which sets out the categories of student data we hold; why we collect and use this information and on what legal basis; who we share student information with and why; their rights; and how requests to access the data which we hold can be made.
